Pasta is a sort of cuisine that is usually prepared by combining wheat flour with water or eggs and shaping the dough into sheets or various forms, then boiling or baking it. The pasta is made without using yeast to flour. This flour is known as unleavened flour. Pasta is divided into two broad categories: dried and fresh. The fresh pasta is that we make at home. The dried one is that is sold commercially.

Recipe no 1

Lemon Chicken pasta

Lemon Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • Half kg chicken breast cut into cubes
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 ½ cups penne pasta(250 g)
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 cups spinach about 100 grams
  • 80 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of mozzarella shredded
  • 50 grams of parmesan cheese
  • lemon zest, for garnishing

Preparation:

Add pasta to a large pan with chicken broth, boil it until soft for about 10 minutes, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step no 1

In a large pan, heat olive oil add onions, and stir-fry them for 1 to 2 minutes.

Step no 2

Add cubed boneless chicken sprinkle salt and pepper and fry it until light brown. When the chicken is stir-fried add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step no 3

Add pasta in a large pan with chicken broth boil it until soft for about 10 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes. When the pasta is fully cooked and soft add lemon juice, mozzarella, cream cheese, and parmesan. Sprinkle lemon zest on top before serving. The Tasty lemon chicken pasta is ready.

Avocado Chicken Carbonara Pasta

Avocado Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg yolk without egg white
  • Half a cup of heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon lemon
  • 55 grams of parmesan cheese
  • 100 grams boneless chicken
  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:

Step no 1

Sauce making:

Blend egg yolk, avocado, and lemon juice while blending gradually add cream. Blend until merged.

Step no 2

Add chicken into a pan stir fry it with olive oil and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. When the chicken is cooked add water and spaghetti and cover the pan until spaghetti is soft and cooked fully.

Step no 3

Mix the sauce with spaghetti and add mozzarella and parmesan. Enjoy the tangy pasta with chicken recipe.

Spaghetti with cheese and pepper Pasta

Cheese and pepper pasta

The simple and freshly-tasting pasta recipe with a mild touch of pepper.

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb spaghetti(225 g)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons of  coarsely black pepper (ground)
  • 100 grams of parmesan or pecorino cheese

Preparation:

Step no 1

Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 2 to 3 minutes. Save only 1 cup of water and drain the other water.

Step no 2

In a separate pan heat the olive oil, add pepper butter, and cheese, and cook until combined

Step no 3
