Ingredients required
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- Mild hot water as required for flour
- 1 tomato sliced
- 100 grams chicken (optional)
- 100 ml of tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 5 mushrooms
- 100 gm processed cheese
- 1/2 capsicum (green pepper)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
How to Make Pizza Homemade Dough
To make homemade pizza dough, place all-purpose flour into a dough-kneading plate. Next, sieve the flour once and add the baking powder and salt. Next, create a well in the middle and pour in two teaspoons of olive oil. Conversely, combine 1 teaspoon of sugar and a small amount of warm water with the yeast. Once combined, set aside for ten to fifteen minutes. Meanwhile, the yeast will begin to rise. After the yeast has risen, combine it with the flour and use a little water to knead the dough nicely. place the dough for four to six hours. Next, give the dough another knead. Then your homemade dough is prepared.
How to Bake Pizza
Set the oven’s temperature to 180°C. When the homemade dough is prepared, it’s time to make the base. Lightly dust the area with dry flour and transfer a substantial portion of the pizza dough. Roll this dough into a good round foundation with a rolling pin. (Note: Verify that all ends of the circular base are equal.) After forming the base, pierce it with a fork to prevent it from rising and to ensure that it bakes evenly. Bake pizza for 10 to 12 minutes in preheated.
